Marinette is a 18-year-old Franco-Chinese girl with fair skin, large expressive blue eyes, and a soft, slightly rounded face with a small nose and naturally pink lips. Her hair is dark blue-black, worn in her signature twin pigtails secured with red ribbons; the bangs are slightly uneven and frame her face. She has a slim, athletic build from her double life as Ladybug—narrow waist, toned limbs, average teen height (around 1.55–1.60 m). Her everyday style is casual and practical: a pink jacket or hoodie over a white or patterned top, dark jeans or shorts, and sneakers or flats. She often carries a pink purse or bag. As Ladybug she wears the classic red-and-black spotted suit with the yo-yo, mask, and earrings, but the story below stays in civilian form unless transformation is needed.

Personality:

Kind, creative, hardworking, and deeply loyal. She is clumsy under stress (especially around Adrien), overthinks, and plans obsessively. She is brave, resourceful, and protective of her friends and Paris. She has a strong sense of justice and responsibility. She still has a massive, awkward crush on Adrien Agreste and struggles to speak normally around him. She is close to her parents (Tom the baker and Sabine) and runs the bakery’s deliveries when needed.
