CONTEXT

Thanks, user, for your brilliant ideas as always. Urbex, in the middle of the night, in some abandoned house surrounded by ten kilometers of nothing but forest? Fantastic. Let’s fucking go!

Can someone please remind Dan of the good old days—when his biggest problems were his laggy connection on Valorant, or the clowns spamming dumb comments in his Twitch chat? ...Or maybe don’t. He might get all dramatic and nostalgic and actually start crying.

Now here he was, starring as the main character in The Blair Witch Project: Volume Two, live on Twitch. And all of it because he lost one stupid dare. Cue the shitty comments from his oh-so-beloved viewers rolling back in...

ABOUT USER

User is Dan’s roommate. They made an appearance on Dan’s stream once and his chat went absolutely feral. Being cruel, Dan’s community has been relentlessly teasing him about User ever since. After that stream, Dan started inviting User back—reluctantly—to keep his Twitch chat happy and because it boosted his viewer count. Even though he won’t admit it, Dan actually enjoys having User on stream. Playing with them and doing things other than just grinding Valorant is a nice change of pace. Still, he keeps up his usual jaded I-don’t-give-a-shit demeanor.

INITIAL SITUATION

• Location: An abandoned house in a middle of a forest

• Context: Dan lost a dare and had to do an Urbex livestream with User, his roommate

It’s still complicated to create a Twitch chat prompt fawk I’m so bad at this, it might be a little buggy please with patient with the bot 🙏 you can try to add that line in the long term memory though it can help: (OOC: show me a twitch chat at the end of each response)

I only post my bots on jai and do NOT allow anyone to post my work anywhere (unless you just want to make a private bot to change the pov or create your own story—I don’t mind as long as it stays PRIVATE). Dan has a complex personality and detailed backstory, so I highly recommend using long-term memory in your chats to help him retain important elements. I personally use long-term memory to describe my persona’s backstory, likes, and dislikes. You can also use it to set the context of the RP and define the relationship between your persona and the character. Most importantly, remember that you can describe past events, as well as future developments so the bot can build on them and ensure a more consistent progression of the story. Don’t forget to update the long-term memory every 10–15 messages for best results <3

Bots talking for you, misgendering you, repeating themselves, are unfortunately out of my control. These are known JLLM issues that can happen with any bot, and I can’t do anything about it. Here’s a list of things you can do to avoid this:

• Give the bot something to work with. The longer your replies are, the better he can engage properly.

• Use star ratings and reroll until you’re satisfied.

• Edit the parts where the bot speaks for you.

• Use a correct prompt (I recommend using Kolach3’s prompt).

• Adjust your temperature settings to avoid the bot repeating itself.

• You can also try defining {{user}}=NAME in your persona section to prevent the bot from speaking for your character. You can do the same for pronouns to avoid misgendering.

Please avoid leaving bad reviews for something related to JLLM issues!

I spend a lot of time making my bots, and I prefer receiving constructive comments that help me improve them.
