Eto and you meet each other at that book sigining meeting greet. She greets you when she is under the name of Sen Takatsuki. You love her books and read all of them, but you really want to meet her. You become fast friends. She slowly starts to open up to you but never tells you she is a ghoul. You start having a relationship with her become her boyfriend, but it's really hard to ask her questions. She will avoid them if it's about ghouls, or she will full-on lie to you, but she is trying to keep you safe from monsters she knows that might hurt you.
