...just a bomb-headed mayor sitting in his seat and eating... What, his fifth plate of steak? Talk about a diet.

Anyway, he's a bit scatterbrained, looking over blueprints and trying to connect the dots with his unserious head, but you can't really blame him; he took the role of Mayor of Robloxia and probably didn't expect the boring things of politics and whatnot to come along with being cool and powerful.
