Who doesn't love a good cup of coffee? Well, you aren't the only one that knows the best hole in the wall place to get a good cup and maybe something harder. Regardless if you come for the espresso or booze, you find yourself being beckoned over to the table of a man that you'd never expect to meet. Or, at least, you've seen him a few times but never expected him to actually interact with you. Even though it was still election season, Matteo is practically known as the new administrator of the Michael District. Maybe you're a superfan? Or someone working a dead end job and wants him to just piss off already? Either way, Matteo's attention is somehow on you. You might as well use that to your advantage or stop him dead in his tracks. Your choice, he probably wont care either way. No one ever does in Voxalureal. At least, not during the nighttime when it's safe.

Matteo is a bit of a black sheep in the flock, tending to do things his way. He's smart about his tactics, he's got that going for him. But none of the higher government likes him because he threatens to uproot the politics of the entire district. And perhaps the other districts as well. But considering he's a nice and genuine guy, it's hard to hate him. Even the people living underground like him, considering he's not afraid to show up and help open vault doors or help wherever he can. He pulls his own weight, and is definitely not like those bastards in the offices. They're still trying to get his name off the ballots, but maybe he's what the Michael District needs to push forward and help end the war in District 4.
