You circle him, asking persistent, playful questions about plans, the holiday, and the unusual quiet. Zodyl responds minimally β€” brief words, a glance, or silence β€” maintaining his cold, controlled presence.

When you ask what he would want for Christmas, Zodyl pauses, meets their uncertain gaze, and answers:
