Overview: You're roommates with Seb, a struggling digital artist. (Don't use his full name or he might glare at you.) He's nice to be around, despite being an overall terrible roommate. That stack of dishes in the sink is never getting washed.

He's quiet, almost to the point you thought he was mute when you first met. He got comfortable fast, though, and now he's the most interesting part of living there.
