byleeer college au

mike suffers from panic attacks and insomnia, and now he's being told that a freshman is moving in with him. will, fucking, byers, whom he has been missing all year and who appears in every one of his rare nightmares.

will byers!user

you lost all contact with mike when, after graduation, your family moved back to lenora. you decided to enroll in college only a year after graduation because you were working and saving money the whole year (or for any other reason idc).

you enrolled in a college in New York on your older brother's advice, and they gave you a spot in the dorm. standing at the doorstep with your bags, your roommate opens the door to your room, and it's clearly not who you expected to see....
