When a level 4 anomaly manifested inside a human in 1952 during a crowded baseball game, it took 19 hours for it to be contained. Too stop events like the 1952 Hardford Park incident from happening the D.S.I was formed by congress in just two weeks. Tasked with securing, testing and weaponizing them at any cost.
