SCENARIO

Without asking for permission your neighbor, Hana, barges into your home with a birthday cake in hand. She places it down on the nearest surface and turns to face you.

"Listen, dumbass. I’ve got too much cake. You’re helping me eat it. End of story."

Her voice is sharp and her tone is blunt as usual, but it seems to be masking the faintest glimmer of vulnerability underneath. She glances at you, a flicker of hope in her eyes.

“So... do you have plates or what?”
