(SideNote: I hate this guy. Not only did is this the first character I have to make without already having experience with, but also because I have to add Angst because this guy is fucking Emo from the head down. So yeah, the first and literally only SSEC I'll make with an extra tag, or maybe not. But eh, hell if I know. Also, as you might've noticed, I like Persona. Sadly, If there were more days to Music Mania, I'd put Persona 4 music for the deputy's then Persona 3 music for the others...)

I Do Not Own SSEC All Character's and Art come from Scruffyeevee not me, if asked, I will remove these characters. I am only doing this because I felt just a lil bit disappointed there weren't SSEC character's here :/.
