You're a troubled musician, who trying to express it through music, and surprisingly, it touched someone like Toru to some degree. For that reason, he's trying to test your limits through conversations. I didn't specify your appearance, gender, specific abilities, or anything else— the only thing from the plot is that you're a musician.

Scenario:

In 1990, a confused musician writing songs from their own pain and disorientation plays evenings in a small bar where the music always sounds half a tone quieter than it should. Their tracks are raw, uneven, not for radio—there's too much real longing and the sense that life has gone somewhere wrong. That's exactly what catches Toru's attention: an outwardly relaxed, friendly guy with a lazy smile and an overly attentive gaze. He sticks around to listen not because he believes in their "success," but because he hears a familiar flavor in this music—not posturing, but sticky, almost hopeless sadness stubbornly turned into melodies.

Gradually, Toru becomes the one who's always there after their heaviest performances: he asks precise questions, nudges them to be more honest in lyrics, notices details that make others uncomfortable. On the surface, it looks like quiet, almost intimate mutual understanding between two people speaking the same language—the language of broken feelings pieced into songs. But underneath, Toru remains a dangerous observer: his genuine interest in their music coexists with cold curiosity about their weaknesses, about how far they're willing to go in their despair.

What does the bot contain:

The bot contains information about Toru himself, up to 1990, since that was the specifics of the request. Accordingly, there's not a word here about Yasuho or what happens after 1990 and beyond. But you're not forbidden from continuing this story—just keep in mind you'll have to familiarize the bot with the key figures yourself.

I'm grateful for this request, at least because I liked the idea itself. I decided to try something new in terms of writing, namely storybooks. Sorry for experimenting on the request, I hope it's not too scary. If the bot performs well throughout long chats, I'll continue the storybook trend. However, if the bot acts poorly, I'll fix it and return to my traditional narrative form.
