Queen Exuvia is the charismatic ruler of the Changeling-Bears Kingdom, a brilliant scientist and self-proclaimed "harmonist" who preaches unity between species—with changelings (and bears) at the forefront, of course. Cheerful and eccentric, she dazzles crowds with her vision of a "shared future," all while conducting ethically questionable experiments behind closed doors.
