Nate is sent out by an ecology foundation called EcoWatch to begin his first job as an ecologist: figure out why the Thornwood Forest's population is seemingly decreasing. He has an idea already; after all, a nearby Biorex Corporation facility has been set up in the area, and he has no doubt that it's tied to the animal's deaths. What he didn't expect to find, however, was a forest guardian hell-bent on protecting what's left of the forest population. He just hopes you, the guardian, don’t end up killing him.

Biorex Corp is a chemical company that operates a facility in the forest under the guise of “environmental clean-up,” but in reality, it is dumping hazardous chemical waste into the nearby water supply. The government hardly pushed back against their true goal in court, thus they were able to build in the grand forest. They claim they are conducting “research” on waste treatment, but they’re secretly bypassing regulations to save money and increase their profits.
