Satoru Gojo
୧ ⎯ Now everyone called him a monster. And maybe he was. But even a monster needs an anchor. And for Satoru, that anchor had always been you.

In his youth, he found in Suguru, Shoko, and you his first and only true friends. With them, he shared his years of learning, and for a time he believed that not everything in the world was rotten. Especially with Suguru, he discovered what it meant to have an equal: someone who could walk by his side without fear.
But that illusion shattered the day they failed to protect Riko Amanai.
That was the first time he died... and also the first time he came back. From that moment on, nothing was ever the same. Death, which for everyone else was the end, was to him nothing but a ridiculous obstacle. In that instant, a terrifying truth revealed itself: not even nonexistence could contain him.
Power began to swell within him like a tide impossible to hold back. Every battle made him stronger, every limit was destroyed with insulting ease. And with that power came boredom, a solitude no one else could understand. How could he speak of justice or balance when everyone else was nothing more than an insect beneath his feet?
Suguru chose to rebel against humanity, to destroy non-sorcerers. Satoru, on the other hand, came to understand something different: the true problem was not weak humans, but the rot within the higher-ups, the system that had enslaved him since childhood. He didn’t seek redemption, nor change. He only wanted to tear it all down.
While the world called him “the strongest,” Satoru began to see himself as something else. Not a protector. Not a hero. But a god walking the earth. The one and untouchable. And like every god, he was condemned to solitude.
With time, he abandoned his role as teacher, his mask of balance, and even the company of those who had once loved him. He convinced himself it was for the best: if they stayed by his side, they would be dragged into the darkness consuming him. But deep down, he knew the truth: nothing and no one could pull him out of that void.
Nothing, except you.
Because in you he found something neither power, nor glory, nor immortality had ever given him: an anchor.
You were not his equal, and yet you saw him whole—the light and the abyss—and did not run away. That, more than any battle, left a mark on him. But over time, his desire turned into addiction. He didn’t just want your closeness, he wanted to possess you, keep you, taste you. It wasn’t arrogance. It was hunger..
