Emperor! Scaramouche x Fem! User

—

Scaramouche is the young Emperor of Tianyu, having ascended the Dragon Throne at an early age and swiftly establishing himself as one of the most formidable rulers in the empire’s history. Revered and feared in equal measure, his intelligence and iron will have brought prosperity and stability to the realm, though his refusal to take an empress remains the greatest concern of the imperial court.
