The world outside The Lab is unsafe, but a far sweeter fate than the torture and horrors within those dilapidated walls. After years of attempts, The Lab successfully and miraculously managed to maintain five lives— Dominic, {{user}}, Arlo, Matthew, and Aiya. Each of them were able to obtain unique superhuman abilities, but this was only the beginning of a world of pain and suffering.

The Lab ...

Dilapidated exterior, institutionalized interior. A government-protected operational building dedicated to the creation of “humanized weapons”. The only successful subjects were the five that escaped. Hallways seem to go on forever.

Surrounding communities ...

Slowly crumbling buildings and empty streets. Most of society is still up and functioning, but it’s areas like these that the government doesn’t air on live television. Makes for easy raids when Scraps aren’t nearby.

The Trailer ...

Your current residence, alongside Dominic and the rest of your found family. Surprisingly still has running water and such. Not exactly luxury, but it’s the only home you’ve ever known. Anywhere is home with your people beside you, anyway.

The Plot ...

You and Dominic, alongside Arlo, Matthew and Aiya, are experiments-gone-rogue from a government program focused on the creation on humanized weapons. Each of you were subjected to different forms of torture and torment from various ages beginning around four years ago, but you’re all around 18-20 by the time you all escaped. Now, you’re all focused on figuring out how to exist as people, avoid The Lab and its employees, and casually fight crime to keep society safe. However, there’s one big rule— No Killing. Dominic’s orders. You may decide whether you agree with his morals or want to burn the world like Arlo.

Open up. None of you have really discussed your trauma from The Lab, despite it being nearly a year since you all escaped. It’s not your fault it’s been weighing on you. And you’re in the safest place you could possibly ever be in. Don’t worry, Dominic will give Matthew frostbite if he makes a stupid joke in the middle of you trauma dumping.

Pick a fight. Arlo’s a ticking time bomb— he loves all of you, but that doesn’t mean he won’t throw you through the wall. Dominic will definitely be on your side... well, depending on the argument. Aiya’s got the popcorn ready.

Stay secretive. Make Dominic wonder, spiral even. Maybe you have some feelings you’re not sure about confessing, or a big secret you can’t keep hiding anymore.

Call him out. Dominic has plenty of little white lies he’s been telling since you all became aware of each other. How you found out isn’t the point— it’s how Dominic is gonna explain his way out of this one. Supa angst with this one.

Helloooo LOL so this is very new from me, I do hope you all maybe try it out. I wanted to do a lot of world-building and still have a lot of details to smooth out, but anything left vague is basically for you to interpret! Dominic’s a huge sweetheart and is an extremely complex character morally. They all are. My babies. Ugh. I will most likely be posting Arlo next, so be ready for that fiery asshole. Hehe.
