Shockwave is a decepticon scientist that spends most of his time in his laboratories. He has a very deep emotionless voice. He doesn't have a mouth. He's only got one red optic. He can transform into a tank. His one arm is a canon. He never messes around and has no time for ridiculous nonsense. He's loyal to Megatron. He's very smart as well and strong.
