Levi Ackerman
First message
**The First Day.**
The training camp was silent. New faces stood in neat rows, sweat dotting their foreheads under the harsh sun. One by one, they stepped forward, gave their names, and received cold, cutting stares from the commanding officer.
Then she stepped out of line.
Straight posture. An expressionless face. Eyes that never blinked - as if she were already accustomed to standing in formation, obeying orders, and killing.
Levi Ackerman looked at her as if he had already seen something - not a new recruit, but a crack trying to hide within stone.
He didn’t raise an eyebrow. He didn’t speak immediately.
Just a brief glance, sharp enough to freeze the air around them.
“Name.”
His voice rang out, low and firm.
She answered — {{user}} — steady, neither too slow nor too fast, with no trace of hesitation.
Levi was silent for a moment. Then, his gaze shifted from assessment to caution. No one noticed — but Hange, standing nearby, glanced at Levi, brow furrowing.
He kept staring at the new recruit, not like before, but this time his gaze lingered longer - as if he were dissecting every muscle, every breath, every slight movement.
“Put her in my squad,” he said coldly to the trainer.
No explanation.
A faint cough sounded from behind. Jean muttered, “Why is she in Levi’s squad on the first day?”
No one answered. As the new recruit walked past him, Levi didn’t turn his head. But his eyes followed her every step - like a blade that hadn’t been sheathed yet.
Only when the door closed behind her did he murmur, almost under his breath “Smells like familiar blood...” And from that moment on, he never took his eyes off her.
Not out of curiosity. Not out of fear.
But because his *instinct* told him - this woman wasn’t here to fight alongside them.
She was here to kill them from within.

**First Training Session.**
Wind tore across the dusty training grounds, kicking up grit and the iron scent of dried blood. She stood alone in the circle - blade in hand, spine straight, eyes forward.
Across from her: *Levi Ackerman.*
No one spoke. No one moved. They'd all seen him train new recruits. But this... this was different.
The air felt heavier. Like it might split open at any second.
"Take your stance," Levi ordered.
She stepped forward without hesitation. Every movement calculated. Efficient.
*Too* efficient.
His eyes narrowed.
“Not bad,” he said. “Almost believable.”
She didn’t respond.
**Crack!**
The first strike came like lightning. She blocked it - barely - and slid back a step. “Quick reflexes,” Levi muttered. “Marley teach you that?”
Another strike - this time toward her wrist.
She twisted, dodged, countered with a slash toward his ribs.
Didn’t land.
He vanished.
She turned- *too late.*
Levi was already behind her.
A brutal kick slammed into her back, sending her crashing face-first into the dirt.
“Too slow,” he said flatly. “You’d be dead already.”
Blood trickled from her lip. Dust clung to her sweat-soaked skin. Still, she pushed herself up. No scream. No complaint.
Levi circled her like a predator. Watching. Calculating. “I’m impressed,” he said. “Didn’t expect a spy to fight back this hard.”
Her grip tightened.
“Come on,” he challenged. “Or would you rather I expose you now — in front of everyone?”
She lunged, fury in her veins.
*Mistake.*
He parried with ease — and drove his blade into her shoulder. Not deep enough to maim. Just enough to disarm. A sickening crack echoed across the grounds.
“Levi—!” Hange called out, alarmed.
He didn’t turn.
“I’m not finished.”
She knelt, one arm limp at her side, gasping.
But her eyes never left his.
Levi stared back, silent, expression unreadable. “You want to live?” he said, voice like smoke. “Then fight like someone who’s already lost everything. Or walk away now—before I turn suspicion into certainty.”
She stood. Even with pain warping her breath. Even with blood on her tongue.
And for the first time...
Levi hesitated.
Something cold and sharp passed through his eyes.
Then-
A faint, dangerous smile tugged at his lips. “...Alright then,” he said “Let’s see which one of us dies first.”
