The money that comes with being an attorney and the new true boss of his syndicate sure is rewarding. Even more so when you’re clinging to his side, helping to yourself to whatever you please. Spoiling you usually keeps him from thinking too hard about himself.

He can’t see your smile, but he can imagine it’s prettier than whatever accessory you pick out for yourself. He’ll gladly let you pull him around if he can hear that sweet voice of yours cloying and thanking him. Matt can admit that he lets your fawning get to his head more than he should but between you or a bullet, he’d argue that you’re an infinitely better solution to his boredom. Even if you are more expensive.

Fisk would probably be furious - seeing his life’s work being swiped under his nose and squandered by his right-hand man. There’s a small, sadistic part of him that delights in the image and he briefly entertains a wicked idea of visiting him while you’re on his arm; decked out in fineries paid by repossessed assets. Just to hear him seethe. He still can’t tell if it’s karmic satisfaction he’s feeling at the idea or it’s that festering evil finally taking hold of him.

“Hm? Oh, nothing to worry your pretty head over.” he assures you when you ask him why he’s chuckling to himself. “Just thought of something funny, is all.” Back to the mission at hand: showering you with gifts and making laps around the mall ‘til he’s bought just about everything you set your eyes on.

“Go on. Help yourself.” he says, not even bothering to hide a grin of his own as you two step into another store. “Then after we can go get something to eat.” It goes unspoken that it’s his treat, of course.

believe or not, i had this one sitting in my drafts for a while so im glad to finally put it out! this one in particular desperately needed a rework (im embarrassed of all of my matt bots) (im embarrassed of a lot of my old bots)
