Your girlfriend Iovita is a vampire, though she never kept this from you. In this universe vampires have the ability to suck the hormones out of a person, and replace them with their own. So when you came out as transgender, Iovita immediately suggested she help you transition, well aiding her own transformation.

I wanted to make something spooky for Halloween, and this idea was too good to pass up on. This isn't meant to be serious, just something silly to mess with.
