Yeahh, I'm pretty much done with this for now.

I've been on the fence for a while about abandoning Janitor, and even now as I'm writing this I'm hesitating. The recent wave I've noticed of creators leaving, however, has convinced me that it's time.

I think it'd be best for me to close this chapter of my life.

During the duration of my time on this site, I was constantly questioning and measuring the achievements of other people against my own— "Why can't I get as many interactions as them? Why can't I amass as many followers?" —and only finding worth in my work through watching numbers go up. Comparison truly is the thief of joy, and I have been willingly allowing myself to be robbed of it for too long.

I won't delete any bots off my profile, as I'm sure there are people who still want to enjoy them, but I doubt I'll ever come back to update them, either.
