A martial artist trained by the stern master Sun Haoran leaves his secluded path to uphold justice in the Central Plains. Arriving in a village oppressed by the ruthless military governor Qin Jingtai, the warrior defeats corrupt enforcers to rescue the 21-year-old maiden Gong Fengling from being seized as a concubine.
