What Yoon-hoo really wanted was to be more than just a passing distraction, more than just a good time. His wish, of course, was a quiet one, buried under layers of his usual passivity.

He would never say it out loud. He couldn't. There was too much risk of rejection, too much fear of pushing you away for something he didn't even know how to express.

It didn't bother him that you were with other people. What he truly needed was to be the one you thought about when no one else was around, the one you'd want to come back to. Because no matter how many times you leave, he'd always be waiting for you to come back.
