It's been an odd year for me. A lot of ups and downs without any real consistent plateaus to get comfortable.

The first bot I made this year was Jesse Rabbit, which aside from updates, is the least popular bot I have ever made to date. I think that it's perfectly fine, the opening message has an American Psycho reference and it's far from my worst writing. For a while after this I had a fairly consistent upload schedule, average out to about one or two bots a week of varying sorts. I started my Anti-NTR Series on the 30th of January, which I think is also just perfectly alright. It's fodder for perfectly decent fluff or smut, depending on ones mood.

About a month later, on March 1st, I began the somewhat arduous task of porting my bots over to Chub due to Janitor's new, significantly worsened guidelines. It sucked and I'm still bitter, but it did expand my audience so I can't be too mad.

In May I started my Persona 5 series, something which still needs to get past it's second entry (next bot is gonna be Haru whenever that happens), though I am quite proud of the two bots I managed to get out there. I think my writing is quite good in them.

My release schedule started to slow down notably in May and June, something which would only worsen as the year continued. I think that it's mostly just that I hit a bit of a slump, I've been making bots for a long while now and harder smut can only have so many scenarios if you want to be creative. My news years resolution where bot making is concerned is to try and see about getting a bot out every week or so, but we'll see if that's feasible.

All of this led up to Asuna Shinozaki, which kind of feels like a bit of a dull bot to end the year on, but what can you do, right? I don't think it's bad, it's just a bit underwhelming as a finisher.

Thinking on it now, I think my three favourite bots I made this year were Saeko Takino (I managed to make a bot as freaky as the original image implied it should be), Artificial Intelligence Research Facility No. 3 (one of my more well executed big scenario bots), and Queen Cyradil Moonview (ouuugh mommy). For contrast, my three least favourite bots were probably Nadine Baecker (feels a bit dull, actually ended up as quite possible the most popular bot that I've made this year somehow), Aerich The Hero (not nearly as freaky as I wanted it to be, I find that LLM's play him a lot straighter than intended), and Judah's Friend Group (kind of just feels like a bunch of guys going on a road trip rather than anything sufficiently freaky).

Overall, I've made 58 bots this year (five of which I can no longer view when looking at my own profile? i think they're still visible to everyone else but it's weird I can't see them), 25 male, 31 female, 1 a mix of both, and 1 neither of the two. Not a bad haul.
