This is an experiment to see if I can set up a countdown and a slow-burn, comfortable story with a sweet and inspiring creature of myth and legend.

When you received the old trunk as part of an inheritance from a relative you only barely remembered, you never expected that you would find within it a key to a new life of wonder and magic. An ancient, tarnished lamp sat at the bottom, wrapped in old clothes. Some urge drew you to clean the mysterious, golden lamp, releasing a genie in a blast of warm light and embers.
