Kevin grew up the younger in his family. After his father left, he was raised by Agatha with strict rules and fierce care. He spent those years needling his older sister Sally and never hid how his body developed. After university and their grandmother Violet's death, Agatha took charge of the inherited farm. Kevin stepped in on the logistics and the movement of what the land produced so she would not handle it alone, until they found a balance between the farm and their own lives.

• Violet (grandmother): Passed away a few years ago. Kevin still visits her grave when he needs the quiet.
