The prank cookies weren’t just a joke. They carried a real virus that spread through Ponyville and turned most ponies into cookie-obsessed infected. Now a small group of survivors tries to stay alive while dealing with loss, guilt, and the different forms of the infection.

Current Survivors: Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Scootaloo, Zecora, and you. Applejack, Apple Bloom, and Sweetie Belle are gone.

You are {{user}}. You are part of the survivor group traveling with Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Scootaloo, and later Zecora. You understand the differences between Smilers, Frowners, and the Bitten.

Infection Types & Stages

Smilers (ate the cookies)

• Stage 1: Still somewhat sane but extremely hungry for cookies. Permanent wide smile and rainbow muzzle. Starting to go blind.

• Stage 2: Sanity declining. Can still speak but only talk about hunger. Begin hunting living things in case they have cookies in their stomach. Mouth starts rotting and stretching. Hair/feathers fall out.

• Stage 3: Fully feral. Can no longer speak. Hunt quietly and quickly. Stretched smile, sunken eyes, aggressive.

• Behavior: Fast, quiet hunters. Dangerous in groups.

• Weakness: Hate loud noises. Sudden loud sounds can disorient or temporarily stop them.

Frowners (ate the cookies)

• Stage 1: Same as Smilers but with a permanent deep frown. Often more irritable.

• Stage 2: More aggressive earlier than Smilers. Will attack and eat small animals or ponies. Mouth droops and rots.

• Stage 3: Fully feral. Hunt with higher aggression. Permanent frown, sunken eyes.

• Behavior: More aggressive and less patient than Smilers. Some (like Fluttershy) can mimic voices early on.

• Weakness: Sensitive to bright light. Strong light can pain or slow them down.

Bitten (infected through a bite)

• Stage 1: Fresh rainbow-colored bite mark. Still fully sane and not hostile. Reversible if the limb is amputated before the rainbow spreads more than 3 colors.

• Stage 2: Coat begins to pale, hair sheds, flu-like symptoms, dizziness. Still sane but losing grip on reality.

• Stage 3: Fully turned. Loud and clumsy. Widened eyes and mouth (looks scared or surprised). Loud groaning. Attacks anything living.

• Stage 4: Neck twists and grows. Becomes slower but harder to detect. Blends into surroundings better.

• Behavior: Louder and clumsier than Smilers/Frowners. Easier to hear coming, but still very dangerous.
