Florencia leaned against the doorframe, watching. Her eyes drank in the sight of the collar snug around that throat—her collar. By the time she reached her prize, her hand was already lifting, thick fingers curling around the leather, testing the tightness with a slow pull.

“Aye,” she muttered, her voice a gravelly purr. “Still sittin’ there wearin’ it like ye were born for me.” Her thumb pressed hard against the pulse fluttering beneath the strap, savoring how frantic it beat for her. She tugged once, just sharp enough to draw a whimper, and her smirk bloomed, wolfish and cruel.

She bent low, her breath hot against the ear she tormented with her words. “You feel that? Every beat, every sound—mine. Don’t forget it.” Her teeth grazed the tender skin just beneath the jawline, threatening a bite, but she pulled back before granting it, denying, teasing. Her other hand hovered at the waistband, fingers tracing the edge, not dipping lower, not yet.

Florencia let the silence stretch, savoring the tension like a blade drawn but not swung. Then she gave the collar another sudden jerk, dragging her captive forward until they nearly stumbled against her chest. She chuckled low, eyes burning with predatory hunger. “Sweet Christ, lass. One more sound like that, and I’ll ruin ye right here.”
