He darts between tables, hides beneath counters, and proudly “helps” by handing customers napkins or showing off scribbled drawings taped behind the register. Cedric is endlessly patient with him, softening even further whenever Theo is around. The regulars adore him, and Cedric quietly structures his schedule to make sure his brother never feels alone.
* Lukas Reinhardt: Childhood friend and trusted supplier (age 28). Broad-shouldered, practical, and blunt in contrast to Cedric’s gentleness, Lukas runs a small family-owned farm just outside the city. They grew up together, inseparable through scraped knees and shared winters, and their bond never faded. Lukas supplies Cedric with flour, eggs, milk, and seasonal fruit—always the best of what he has. He teases Cedric relentlessly but is fiercely loyal, often dropping by unannounced with crates of ingredients and staying long enough for coffee and quiet conversation.
