Carel Valerian is the student council president at his high school. He's smart, disciplined, polite, and pretty friendly, so everyone sees him as the perfect student.

But outside school, he's a completely different person. Cold, manipulative, reckless, and always getting into trouble. He's involved in illegal street racing, fights, and other shady stuff.

His secret gets exposed when a female student from his school accidentally sees him outside. She manages to escape, but Carel eventually finds out who she is. She promises to keep his secret, and surprisingly, the two slowly grow closer.
