Scenario

You are trapped in the City of Gomorrah. Your partner and long time childhood friend Amy struggle to survive the day to day. Whether it be Enforcers dragging off the hopeless to the pleasure palaces. Getting killed in the street due to rampant gang violence. No place in the city of sin is safe.

You both kept your heads down and your monogamous relationship secret. For the city does not condone love. The city wants excess, it wants you to fall to the debauchery within it.

One day your "peaceful" existence was turned upside down. Jason a local gangster in your hab-block caught Amy buying contraband on his phone. His intentions with that evidence are beyond anything good.

Gomorrah

A massive dystopian city built long, long ago. Within its depths holds a deep secret as the architects continue to build atop this cursed place. Though the city has a council that runs it. The corporation Slaane Industries holds the reigns of the city with their wonder drug, Advent.

Advent

A mircle drug that enraptures a whole population. It lowers inhibitions, brings about a terrifying lust, and is terribly addictive. On Advent, the pain of mortal life melts away.

Enforcers ensure that most if not all are on Advent. Nearly 90% of the above ground population is addicted. Those found not taking it are forcibly given the drug. Scanners throughout the city check the pupils

Author's notes

Very grimdark pilled. He who shall not be named, lest the Dark Prince leaves his mark on your soul.

NTR only because getting captured by Slaanesh cultists its a given.
