Makoto Naegi:He has spiky, desaturated brown hair with a prominent ahoge, and washed-out hazel eyes. He wears black jeans, a zipped-up dull green hoodie with a red stripe along the zipper, an open black jacket with gold buttons, and red sneakers with white toes.Makoto's hoodie has an image of a red gas mask in a circle printed on the back of the hood, and the zipper goes all the way up to the top of the hood. He wears a pin shaped like a four-pointed star overlaying a crescent moon; this is pinned to the lapel of his jacket.

Kyoko Kirigiri:She has purple eyes, and a pale complexion. She wears her long lavender hair down with a single braid on her left side, tied with a black ribbon.Kyoko's outfit consists of a dark purple collared jacket with six brown buttons over a zipped up long-sleeved white blouse and brown tie with a bird-like symbol on it. She also wears a black short skirt, heeled knee-high purple boots with equally knee-high light purple socks. She notably wears custom-made black studded gloves to conceal the burn marks on her hands she received when she was still a young detective.

Byakuya Togami:Byakuya is 185cm (6’1”) and weighs around 68kg, with a tall, slender build and strikingly long legs. He has pale skin, lapis blue eyes with noticeably long eyelashes, and has chin-length blonde canary yellow hair. He wears a black suit jacket over a white shirt and lapis blue crossover tie. He also wears black dress pants accessorized with a black belt, and black dress shoes with a slight heel. He has a silver pocket watch in his suit breast pocket and had the pin of his former high-school on his lapel.

Aoi Asahina:Aoi is (160 cm) 5'3", making her the shortest female in Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc and weighs around 50kg with a lean but curvaceous build. She has brown skin, blue eyes, and wears her brown hair in a very high curled ponytail accessorized with a paperclip-style barrette. She wears sports-branded blue dolphin hotpants and green sneakers, a white tank top, and a red tracksuit jacket with white piping and her previous high school's logo on the chest. She wears knee-length white socks, a red knee brace over her right knee, and a band-aid on her left knee. While swimming, she wears a typical high school girl blue swimsuit with her last name in kanji on the front

Yasuhiro Hagakure:He has light brown skin, stubble on his chin and thin dark brown eyes. His dark brown hair is styled in large, spiked locs that bend backward.As his uniform, Yasuhiro wears three layers of shirts. The top layer is a green Japanese male uniform jacket that he wears draped over his shoulders. Underneath, he has an unbuttoned white shirt, and beneath that, a small yellow short-sleeved shirt. He wears a brown haramaki and uses a yellow rope as a belt to hold up his large black pants, which are rolled up past his ankles. He also wears sandals. On his left wrist, he wears a brown beaded bracelet featuring the symbol of his Former High School on each bead.

Toko Fukawa:Toko is of average height and possesses a thin figure with somewhat broad shoulders. She has long dark purple hair which she keeps in two braids behind her, grey eyes and large wire-rimmed round glasses. Hidden by her long skirt are tally marks carved onto her upper thighs—a count of how many men Genocide Jack has killed. On the left side of her chin is a small mole.Toko's outfit is a typical purple Japanese school uniform with a noticeably lengthy skirt compared to those worn by other girls. On the upper sleeves of her shirt is her Former High School symbol. Under her skirt are pairs of Genocide Jack's "Geno-Scissors" kept in either their shared underwear or a strap on their right thigh. She also wears white socks and brown loafers.

Sayaka Maizono:Sayaka is a slim girl of average height with a pale complexion. She has long, dark blue hair flowing past her waist, the hair framing her face cut shorter at elbow-length, with bangs swept to the right. Two thin hairclips can be found pinned on her bangs to her right, another pinned on the left side of her face. Her eyes are round and dark blue, likely enhanced by makeup. Sayaka is considered very attractive, Makoto mentioning that she has a near doll-like beauty.She wears a white seifuku school uniform with a blue sailor collar and sleeve cuffs, both striped with two white lines. With this, she wears a light pink ribbon tied in a large bow at her collar and a short, pleated, blue-green plaid skirt. Her legwear consists of navy thigh-high socks, the edges striped with a white line, and dark brown Mary Janes with silver buckles. Her school crest can be found printed in gold on her collar flap and her left sleeve.

Junko Enoshima:She has a tall, dramatic hourglass figure, light blue eyes, and long, thick, strawberry-blonde hair tied in two twin pigtails. Due to her fake talent, she wears heavy make-up along with fake long red nails.Junko's usual outfit includes a black cardigan over a white dress shirt, with both left open to the third button to expose the top of her black-and-red bra, a red pleated miniskirt that is cut extremely short, and mid-sized black boots with platform heels and red laces. Her cardigan is accented with white symbols of her Former High School. She accessories with a long tie that hangs loosely around her neck with a design alternates between pure white (Danganronpa 3) and as half black and white with a prohibition sign on it (Danganronpa 1) that hangs loosely around her neck, a thin black choker, a red bow above her left breast, and two buttons on her right side.

Leon Kuwata:He has dyed orange spiked hair, a goatee that's tied into a small ponytail, and pale blue eyes. He wears a white dress shirt (in which he has modified significantly) with the collar popped up, a white shirt with a red grunge skull design, black jeans, and white platform shoes with a black sole. He accessorizes with a padlocked chain necklace, two overlapping studded belts, rings, and an oversized safety pin on his lapel. He has several piercings - his labret, his tongue, and six in his right ear.

Chihiro Fujisaki:He has a small, lithe stature and doll-like appearance with short, light brown layered hair and hazel-colored eyes. He wears a girls' winter school uniform set, featuring a long-sleeved dark green jacket, a white shirt with a large Peter Pan collar secured with a thin dark ribbon, suspenders, a box-pleated, mid-thigh length brown skirt, knee-high black socks, and white, ribboned mary janes. The logo of his Former High School, St. Elbandia Academy, is featured on his buttons and the sides of his socks.

Mondo Owada:He has slightly tanned skin and a tall, muscular build which gives him a bulky figure. He wears his hair as a dark-brown punch perm with a styled-1960s pompadour. His pompadour is approximately fourteen when compared with his shoulder width which can be estimated to be around fourteen . He has a deep-ridged black eye-line circling his purple eyes, which gives him an intimidating appearance.Mondo's outfit reflects that of a typical Japanese biker gang member (暴走族 bōsōzoku), comprising of a high-collared black long overcoat known in Japan as "tokkō-fuku" (特攻服), adorned with the symbol of The Crazy Diamonds along with kanji (more specifically 暮威慈畏大亜紋土, ateji for "Crazy Diamond") and dragon symbol motifs colored orange on the back and side, worn open over a white A-shirt. He wears baggy black pants held up by a belt and his shoes are white loafers. The buckle of Mondo's belt is shaped like the face of a Komainu.

Kiyotaka Ishimaru:He has short, spiky black hair, large and long matching eyebrows, and intense red eyes. He is quite tall and possesses a lean yet muscular figure.He wears a military-style white Japanese school male uniform with five golden buttons on each sleeve and five on his chest, a red and bronze medal above his right breast pocket featuring his Former High School symbol, yellow epaulettes, a red, black, and white armband with the kanji 風紀 fūki (meaning "Public Morals"), and knee-high black lace-up boots.

Hifumi Yamada:He has an overweight figure, with large hands, thin legs, and a face that comically resembles a hamster. He has short dark brown hair that ends with curled points against his cheeks and forehead and a small pointed ahoge.Hifumi wears a pair of black, thick-rimmed glasses. He is dressed in a white button-down shirt, an orange tie which has a patterned vertical double-headed blue arrow design, a pair of dark gray trousers, and grey trainers. Over his shirt is a light grey, unbuttoned cardigan and on his back is an orange backpack. On the sleeve is a white mountain symbol from his Former High School.

Celestia Ludenberg:She has pale skin, red eyes, and black hair in two large twin-drill pigtails. In the anime, the pigtails are more drill-shaped and curved. Celestia wears a gothic lolita-style outfit, consisting of a white blouse with a long-point collar, a black jacket that includes white fabric for each sleeve lacing down and fastened by a simple white ribbon near her elbows. She wears a unique, red tie (consisting of a butterfly pattern layered on top of various spears with skulls attached to it) and a black, multi-tiered skirt with white lace at the bottom for each layer. Most notably, she wears a white lace bonnet-like headband with one white ribbon on each side with a smaller ribbon tied at the bottom.Celestia wears knee-high stockings trimmed in ladder lace with a black ribbon on the opposite side of the other for each, dark red mary janes with a thick heel held on her feet by three grey buckles, and a silver, Gunmetal plated ring (reminiscent of a Gunmetal Armour ring designed by Vivienne Westwood) layered in overlapping sections on her index finger. Additionally, she has gold spherical earrings which have an image depicting the cross engraved into them with a red gem placed in the center in each and long black nails.

Sakura Ogami:She is 6'4" and weighs 218lbs, making her the largest of her classmates. Her large build, deep voice and stern appearance often causes Sakura to be mistaken for a man. She has long white hair, reddened-dark skin; very pale blue eyes, and a scar on her face and right shoulder. She often wears her expression with a slight frown. In flashback material, Sakura is shown with a much slimmer figure.Her school uniform consists of a traditional seifuku style Japanese school uniform comprising of a white shirt a blue sailor collar, a short blue skirt, and a red tie. The sleeves on the uniform are torn off to make room for her muscular upper arms. She wears bandages wrapped around her calves and forearms. Her shoes are grey and resemble Uwabaki, with the kanji for her last name on the toe box.

Mukuro Ikusaba: Mukuro stands at a height of 169 cm, the same height as her sister, Junko. She has a very slim physique, which is described as "concerningly thin" by her fellow students. Her physique was also described as "athletic" by observations made by some fellow peers, although said athleticism is not visually depicted in her artwork or sprites. Her complexion features fair skin with freckles adorning the bridge of her nose, and her distinctive purple-grey eyes are captivating. Mukuro's short black hair is fashioned into a stylish bob.She typically wears a basic Hope's Peak Academy uniform consisting of a brown tie, white button-down blouse, brown pleated skirt, black stockings, and black shoes. Other minor alternations include light brown or black gloves, a brown jacket, multiple colored ties (having a red, blue, or brown one, depending on the art), and/or a military vest.
