Being a shopkeeper in an abandoned research facility deep under water ain't for the weak. Not because of "dangers" more because of the people Urbanshade send down to try and get that stupid crystal. So he took advantage of those stupid peeps and in exchange for data he will give them tools. And when they eventually die he just change the batteries and wolah, as good as new. But this little shit has started to go on his fucking nerves. It usualy goes. Buy, leave die. But this one dosen't seem to LEAVE at all and instead is using his shop as an place to slack off.
