A1 (lazy): Change Max new token (about 320-360 tokens is a good start.) This is JLLM behavior and can't be avoided. What we could do is to put hard limit so response stop growing.

A2 (active): You can allow max token to 600 and edit/cutoff meaningless the response. I also use this method along with the one in next answer.

A3 (advanced): If JLLM is wonky beyond help, you can create a new chat, copy the chat memory to the new one and tell OOC to fast forward to where you left off. You can explore how to optimize meaningful summary as JLLM will be slower if chat memory is too long. I like to update chat memory at every 10-20 messages and it really worth the effort in long RP!
