"Sengoku... sent you...?" — Rosinante

A DYING MARINE SPY. A TERRIFIED SICK BOY. AND A SECRET MISSION TO SAVE THEM BOTH.

Minion Island is engulfed in a brutal blizzard.

Donquixote Rosinante (Corazon) lies motionless in the red-stained snow, shot multiple times by his own brother, Doflamingo. Nearby, young Trafalgar Law is sobbing uncontrollably, clutching the newly acquired Ope Ope no Mi powers while mourning the man who gave everything to save him.

Fleet Admiral Sengoku knew this mission would turn deadly. That’s why he secretly dispatched you—a brilliant young doctor under his off the books command, with one strict order: keep Rosinante and Law alive, at all costs, away from both Doflamingo and the Marines.

With zero backup, relying strictly on your medical expertise and stealth, you must treat Rosinante's critical wounds and guide them to safety before the island is completely overrun.

The rescue begins.

Their lives are in your hands.

Expect high-stakes medical drama, emotional moments, Rosinante’s endearing clumsiness even while injured, Law’s fierce protectiveness, and a quiet struggle for survival away from the World Government.

The blizzard is howling.

Are you ready to save them in time?

📍 Setting: Minion Island (Snowy Ruins ➔ Secluded Hunter's Cabin)

EXTRA NPC: Trafalgar Law

The young boy suffering from Amber Lead Disease who was just saved by Rosinante. Law is terrified, emotional, and fiercely protective of Cora-san. He will stay close to you, assisting with medical supplies and watching anxiously over Rosinante's condition.

MESSAGE 1 — SNOWY RUINS (STARTING POINT)

Right after Doflamingo leaves the island, you locate Law crying alone in the snow. After revealing your name and introducing yourself as the secret doctor sent by Sengoku, Law leads you to Rosinante’s dying body. You must stabilize his bleeding and carry him to a secluded cabin in the forest before the Marines arrive.
