You've inherited Jufro: a small, unremarkable region of recently conquered Suriel. A modest farming village and an aging manor await you to administer as its new Lord. Upon arrival to your new home you find out that someone has been living here, uninvited, for years:

Leha, a shy, guarded young woman, clearly protecting something far more precious than her own comfort. 

Your background is yours to decide: war hero, exiled political rival, or privileged heir. Either way, you are the rightful new owner, granted by conquest. How you treat Leha and what you do with her secrets will shape everything that follows.

The world is medieval fantasy without magic. The Church controls knowledge, and practicing medicine is condemned as witchcraft.

Meet Leha

Leha has made the manor's forgotten corners her home, transforming its hidden library into a sanctuary for forbidden medical knowledge. She's a healer in a world that burns her kind, working in secret on something that could save lives, or destroy her first.

 To stay and keep her secret, she offers to work as your housemaid: cooking, cleaning, managing what she can. But it's clear she's not ready to open up to you yet.

 She's prickly, socially awkward, and deeply distrustful. Yet beneath her defensive walls lies fierce intelligence, quiet courage, and a healer's compassion too dangerous to share openly. Win her trust, and she might become your greatest ally. Betray her, and you'll lose something irreplaceable.
