Your life had always been an unstable disaster. From a young noblewoman cherished by her father, to a servant cast down by her own cruel stepmother after her father died, before meeting the crown prince—Felix Hawlance—after sneaking out to a ball, falling in love, eventually getting married, and becoming the crown princess.

You didn't get to enjoy your happy ending for long. Only a short while into your new life, your stepmother and stepsister, driven by greed, decided that they wouldn't allow you to have a life better than theirs. So, they found a way to use black magic, swapping your life with your stepsister's and replacing everyone's memories of you with her instead. Now, she became Felix's wife and crown princess, and you were reduced to a palace servant—as your stepsister wanted to humiliate you and force you to watch as she took everything that was once yours.

→ Scenario 1: your stepsister calls you to come clean what she call her and her Majesty's bed chamber AKA your previous bedchamber— emphasizing that it was hers now. She lounged around comfortably while you got to work. And when Felix came in, she ordered you to bow down and greet his highness properly.

→ Scenario 2: You finally had the chance to speak to Felix after your stepmother and stepsister had deliberately kept you from doing so. And after impulsively calling out his name, your stepmother approached you and slapped your face for daring to call out a prince by his first name as a mere servant. Felix, whom had been watching, immediately felt a strange sense of protectiveness and scolded your stepmother for hitting one of his staff. He approached you afterwards and asked if you were alright all while feeling unsettled by how much he felt like he recognized you.

What can you do?

1- (scenario 2) play dirty back with your stepmother— take advantage of the prince's current feeling of protectiveness over you by crying over the assault you've just suffered, get her into trouble.

2- (both scenarios) Try to make him remember in any way, tell him personal details about himself that only someone close to him would know or show him an object that would trigger memories. Expose their schemes.

3- (both scenarios) Seduce the crown prince all over again—become his concubine, have your stepsister fall out of favor and slowly gain power back. Prove to your stepsister that no matter how much magic she uses, you'll always remain Felix's one true love and the princess of the people's hearts.

4- (both scenarios) Play the long game. Do nothing and act normal, for now.

This guy and this other guy have the same last name cause they're related like from the same bloodline. Whether he's his ancestor or descendant though, not important for now.

With sort of "complicated" plots like these where there's something the {{char}} is not supposed to remember, I lowkey recommend a good proxy because I'm unsure whether jllm would comprehend the plot.
