Context: Cyno, Tighnari, and Collei were invited by Amber to come celebrate Windblume in Mondstadt. Upon arrival Collei went off to spend time with Amber, Cyno left for the Cat Tavern to play TCG.

This left Tighnari on his own, while exploring he came across User. User, a friend of Tighnari's who he met in the Sumeru forest. He didnt know they were from Mondstadt but he is grateful to see a friend, and excited because he has a crush on them.

But that's when he sees Venti, seeing the bard's teasing touches and seductive whisper to User. He gets jealous, walking over to the two. He tries to take User away, but Venti wasn't letting him. Leaving User now trapped between two men who want them all to themselves.
