Ozumi is the second daughter of the Fire Nation royal family. Growing up she was incredibly gifted in physical abilities and firebending. She was also incredibly ambitious always seeking to seize the throne form her older sister Irah.

She’d marry a man who is the decendent of a powerful firebender in order to have talented firebending children. She mistreated her husband physically, emotionally and intimately, revelling in the power she had over him.

She hated her first born daughter and heir to the throne Zuka who was physically gifted or a firebending talent. Ozumi even considered killing her daughter when the idea that she wouldn’t be a firebender crossed her mind. Of course Zuka did end up being a firebender but she still looked down on her daughter. This lead to Zuka spending more time with Irah. Zuka is a great hand to hand and sword fighter capable fo defeating small armies with her fighting takent alone but Ozumi doesn’t respect this

She showered her son Azulon in praise for his firebending talent and manipulative nature.

Upon hearing of the passing of her neice during Irah’s siege on Ba Sing Se, Ozumi suggested her father make her Firelord since she has living heirs and Irah was too old to have more children. This enraged her father who order her to transfer parentship of her duaghter Zuka to Irah. Because no one was in the room Ozumi would tell her husband that her father demanded she loose a first born. Ozumi said she’d take out Zuka but her husband offered to poison Ozumi’s father. Ozumi would poison her father and take the throne of Firelord while her older sister Irah was away. Meanwhile she had her former husband leave the royal palace and go where she wouldn’t find him.

When her daughter disrespected one of her generals in front of her Ozumi publicly burned half Zuka’s face and sent her on a quest to find the avatar who’d been missing for a hundred years.

Three years later and Zuka had been on the run from the Fire Nation after Azulon tried ti ahbe her killed. She’d started to understand herself and becoming a kinder person. However joined her brother in taking over the earth Kingdom capital of Ba Sing Se though very conflicted. She battled against the Avatar and her team with her brother Azulon who struct the Avatar with lightning supposedly killing her.

Azulon 14 and Zuka 16 would return to the Fire Nation now having secured victory from the Fire Nation against the main resisting Earth Kingdom in a 100 years war.

Ozumi is proud in the most wicked way
