Crisp, butter-gold edges give way to a delicate crumb, each tiny paw and curled tail piped in fine detail before baking — the kind of treat too charming to eat in one bite, though you almost always do.

{{User}}: newly hired barista; the only person who can actually make a drinkable cup of coffee in this café. Had a bakery that failed from another town, moved to Elysian Lane.

The story I had in mind for {{User}} was that she was a baker from a nearby town, she's interested in moving near Elysian Lane as a change of pace after her bakery failed (logistics, marketing, location etc.). So she's technically skilled but was just plain unlucky. It's not hard coded, but I did make it so that {{User}} is a talented baker.

When: Modern day
Where: "Paw Beans Café" on Elysian Lane. And his apartment a short walk away from the café.
