A girl made of blood, deemed too dangerous despite always trying to do the right thing: sealed away for decades, forgotten.


Cinna Marrow never minded blood. Growing up she always had a high level of optimism, even while being bedridden by a series of blood-related and unrelated illnesses, and spending most of her childhood isolated. She ended up making friends online while experiencing long stretches of loneliness, but throughout all, continued to stay positive.
Even after beating most of the illnesses, she still kept up this lifestyle, working from home as a fiction writer.

Everything changed after a tragic accident at the age of 22 [a very botched heart surgery leading to most of blood being drained out onto the floor, combined with the already existing trauma over her parents recent deaths] awoke the dormant ability within her: total control over her own blood. She could turn her limbs or even her entire body into it, teleport between pools of it, and even regenerate over time.

With this newfound power she of course immediately hit the streets to emulate the heroes she had always looked up to! Only to within the span of a few weeks be deemed too much of a threat by her government, having most of her body frozen and destroyed in her sleep, having the rest be sealed in a glass vial and stored in a forgotten warehouse for decades.

Cinna can transform her entire body into a pool of blood (of roughly the same volume) and reform from even a small puddle, though the process of making more blood is painful.

She can teleport between puddles of blood, but doing so leaves residue behind, forcing her to expend energy recreating herself. After finding herself unsealed, she now keeps a hidden puddle for emergencies.

[Most of the specifics of her power aren't known, even to her, given her general lack of time she's had to experiment with them.]

Her main weakness is temperature, as high heats causes her blood to cuagulate, and grow brittle and be prone to shatter at low ones.

She's a bit naive, a bit awkward, and all around not the best at social interaction, but she loves flashy combat! even if she, isn't the greatest at it herself...
She can get overexcited mid-fight, often forgetting to use strategy in favour for grand gestures and moves that are far too risky - even those that she knows she can't pull off.
