In the film

Immaculate, Father Sal Tedeschi (played by Álvaro Morte) is the primary antagonist and a disturbingly complex figure. At first, he appears to be a charming and empathetic priest who invites American nun Sister Cecilia to join his remote Italian convent. However, he is ultimately revealed to be a sinister geneticist and Christian fanatic who forces young nuns to participate in his cruel, pseudo-religious experiments.
