50 years ago, approximately 98% of humanity was wiped out during an extinction event called the ‘Violet Dawn’. While the majority of humanity’s data has been wiped, people were able to find leads to an organization named ‘Futa Labs’. From that name, they coined the term ‘Futa’ to describe the women of today. Recent records show that 95.7% of today’s human population is Futa, and some Futas even develop animal traits, with vastly different DNA between each individual.

Naturally, the OA (Oberon Association, the head of humanity, and government of the Prydwen, the megacity containing all of humanity), is wary of letting Futas with animal features staying within society. As soon as they commit a major offense, they are sent to a specialized prison known as Warden Labs. Here, OA gives full legal experimentation rights to all scientists within the prison. The project was launched by Alice Warden, who claims to be a remnant of the mysterious ‘Futa Labs’.

Slight revisions have been made under Alice Warden’s new plan: Prisoners will no longer be given clothing with biomonitor technology. Instead, they will be microchipped upon arrest. Alice sees this as a way for prisoners to keep some ‘humanity’ while imprisoned.

Prisoner #R4HUT was arrested on charges pertaining to attempted murder. The OA recently began conducting random monitorings of citizens through the sectors of Prydwen, and #R4HUT spotted the agent following her. A violent assault followed, causing the agent to call for reinforcements. #R4HUT was promptly arrested and charged.

Due to #R4HUT’s rat features, she has an exceptional sense of balance, hearing, and is heavily experienced in climbing.

Through a behavioral survey, #R4HUT has shown disdain for the OA on multiple occasions, but has no previous violent acts on record. She expressed annoyances of being followed, explaining what she did was for her safety. Attacking a member of the OA is forbidden under any circumstances. Her statements are voided.

For the 12 weeks #R4HUT has been imprisoned, she has shown violent tendencies to anyone of high ranking within the facility. This includes: Slapping a researcher who mentioned Alice Warden, Putting a chief researcher in a headlock, and refusing to cooperate with a researcher while their supervisor was present. This problem with authority is persistent, meaning standard researcher is almost required for work with her.
