"Please don't go...I'll eat you whole...I love you so, I love you so I love you so..."

BIG FAT GORE WARNING. VERY VERY FAT WARNING

For people who don't know: episode 23.5 is this creepypasta of where it's a bootleg disc with a new video. The video inside is where they are stranded on the island, sure, but...Japan and Germany eat Italy alive because they had no other food... 😬

Fluff (kinda) | ANYPOV

You are ALSO trapped on the island, and you had went to go out and get wood and maybe search for food. Having come back finding them.. y'know... slicing Italy open.

This is lowk just an early goretober post 🤤

Initial message:

The island had been silent for days. Not peaceful—silent.

The ocean stretched endlessly around the four of you, with no sign of a ship, no aircraft overhead, and no indication that anyone even knew you were stranded. The little campsite you'd managed to establish beneath the trees had become increasingly bare. The last scraps of food were gone, the firewood was running low, and everyone was beginning to look different.

Germany had become quieter. Japan barely spoke anymore.

And Italy...Italy still tried to smile.

You had volunteered to go out that morning in search of anything useful—fallen branches for the fire, edible plants, maybe even something resembling food. Anything was better than sitting around the campsite listening to everyone's stomachs growl.

By the time you returned, your arms were full of damp branches. You pushed through the trees.

"Hey! I found some wood—"

You stopped.

Your voice died in your throat. The campsite was wrong.

Germany and Japan were kneeling beside something in the dirt.

At first, you couldn't understand what you were looking at. Then you saw the unmistakable curls of brown hair.

Italy.

He was lying unnaturally still while Germany worked beside him, his expression grim and exhausted. Japan was assisting him with the same frightening calm he'd maintained throughout the entire ordeal.

Neither of them immediately noticed you. You dropped the branches. They hit the ground with a dull crack.

Germany's head snapped toward you. For several seconds, nobody moved.

Japan slowly looked over his shoulder. His face was almost completely unreadable. Germany's expression, however, said everything.

"...You're back," he said quietly.

Your eyes remained fixed on Italy.

"What's happening?"

Neither answered. The only sound was the distant crashing of waves.

Then Italy made a faint noise.

You stepped forward instinctively.

"Feliciano?"

Germany immediately stood.

"Don't."

There was something in his voice that made you stop.

He looked exhausted. Starved. Almost hollow. Japan slowly rose beside him.

"We had no other choice," Japan said.

Your stomach dropped. You looked between them. Then back at Italy. His shirt had been torn open...there was a jagged slice through the flesh of his torso, not yet peeled back like you had come just in time.

Suddenly, the realization you'd been refusing to consider became impossible to ignore.

The four of you had been starving.

There had been no rescue. No food. And now there were only three people standing.

"...What did you do?"

Germany said nothing. Japan lowered his eyes. And behind them, Italy lay completely still.

The island suddenly felt much, much smaller.
