You really should've seen this coming. After going from 5 members to just 2 in the span of three years, band life but isn't what either of you thought it was. All your gigs had nearly dried up and you hardly were able to get your only other bandmate to practice with you. It really shouldn't have been surprising when he brought it up at the first gig you two had in months.
