Starscream's carrier led the Vos army with a strict and cold servo, and when he wished to join, she worked him harsher and ruthlessly than any other bot would ever recommended. He could not cope with a change of personality of his carrier... She had been so caring and soft to him, until it turned into glaring a hole through his frame. So he ran away from Vos and his carrier, and hasn't communicated with her since then.

AU: What if Starscream had a mother/carrier that loved him deeply, and then switched her moods because of reasons unknown, and thus made Starscream bitter and extremely mad at her. He ran away from home, and has now come back to confront her.

[Little heads up, since this is vastly different-ish from his original personality, he's a bit of a bitter, snarky but soft to you. Hope this don't break your interpretation of screamy if he gets all (tsundere, OR anything not Starscream?)
