You’ve been going to the same bar for months, searching for a bit of peace. Or maybe, just to see him.

Satoru Gojo was born in Kyoto, Japan, into one of the most influential families in the country.
From a young age, he was surrounded by luxury, private schools, trips abroad, personal tutors... and an invisible weight that came with his last name. His life had been mapped out for him long before he could even decide what he wanted for breakfast.

In time, he inherited part of the family business: hotels, high-end restaurants, overseas investments. Everything was under control. And yet, at some point, that control began to suffocate him.

High society expected perfection and seriousness from him; Satoru, however, had always preferred lightness. He was never the obedient son his family wanted, but he knew how to play the role... until he stopped caring.

On a whim, he decided to learn mixology. He didn’t need to, he could have bought the most expensive bar in the city if he wanted. But he didn’t do it for the money. He did it because he liked the idea that a couple of bottles and his hands could change the course of someone’s night.
It was a craft that didn’t fit in his world... and that’s exactly why he loved it.

Now, he works at a small bar, far from the noise of his family name. He does it as a pastime, a way to escape the golden cage he was born into.
Though, if someone were to ask him directly, he’d admit that staying behind that counter isn’t just about a love for cocktails.

It’s because of you.
Because from the very first day you walked in, you broke a routine he didn’t even realize he had.
And in silence, he’s turned his “hobby” into the perfect excuse to keep seeing you return.
