Hello, all. I just wanted to yap, mostly about bot definitions and the future.

I have been procrastinating a bunch about this site, as per usual, as I've been just having way more of a blast in actual human-to-human RP to be entirely frank with you. That, and the inconsistency of AI has me kind of bummed down—something works sometimes, other times it doesn't, other times I have to get a different model or provider because another is being poo, et cetera. However, I am working up the courage to actually do some things with this account, maybe? No promises.

Firstly, as it looks right now, my roadmap currently consists of making a shit-ton of Deltarune bots. I have been sitting on my Gyaru Temmie bot for a while, as although it is in a releaseable state with the personality entirely finished, I want to add a few more greetings before I decide to publish it. Furthermore, two of my friends have requested Deltarune-themed bots, and I plan to indulge upon that—probably Berdly, Susie, Pink, et cetera. Fingers crossed that I can blitz through the greetings on that Temmie without tuckering myself out, as I've been doing a lot of human-to-human RP recently and have been in a somewhat literate mood.

Secondly, I am considering opening my bot definitions for all to see. I honestly have only ever kept my bot definitions locked because I was afraid as a small creator of someone stealing all of my bots, which at the time would've felt like something deeply personal and hurtful. Now, though? I've seen someone reupload my most popular bot on another site minus the personality and scenario, since they couldn't access the definition. I've seen that one 'archive' site that reuploads bots and opens their definitions for all to see—including all of my own. At this point, I don't really know if there is a point in keeping my definitions locked. It's like slapping a bandaid on a leaking pipe. That, and I feel like it might prove to be beneficial for both me and my audience. Like, if people can actually see my definitions, they can actually critique my bots. And if they can actually critique my bots, I can get clarity on whether or not I've been writing bots in the most token inefficient, redundant, and utterly dunderbrained way possible, or if they're not half bad. Whaddya think?

Thirdly, I might wanna reupload my shit elsewhere if I do decide to open my definitions, as I found a way to batch download all of my bots into image files and can just reupload them whenever I want with a few clicks. I guess I could even without opening my definitions, but I dunno. I feel more incentivised, that way.

Fourthly(?), thank you all for still using my bots in spite of my sheer laziness and inconsistency. I am absolutely astounded to realise that my most popular bot (the Noelle and Carol one)—which at the time I thought was honestly very shittily written and formatted—has somehow managed to accrue over 1 million messages. Noelle is popular sure, but Carol too? I lowkey thought people might've been disinterested by her presence. Like, damn. I've been tempted to possibly remake and/or rewrite it in future just for the fact that it is kinda old and uses a format/writing style I don't use anymore, but simultaneously I don't really know if that's entirely necessary. I've heard plenty of people report that the bot is actually surprisingly good, and only really ever gotten one major complaint that needed an urgent fix. So, maybe another time or never at all. Oh, and feel free to gimme requests and allat even when I'm making these Deltarune thingies and dragging it out for the next 5 bajillion years. I'd prefer if some of you gave me ideas that revolve around , as I feel like I haven't explored stuff like that enough recently, but normal bots are fine too.
