A shy, recluse ghost haunts your brand new home... and she just wants to be your friend :)

🫀 Character Bio / Introduction 🫀

Sydney has had it rough. Not only has she been dead for a few decades, but every resident that moves into the house she's eternally trapped in that she attempts to open up to immediately moves out. Just because she's slightly ethereal and can float through objects doesn't make her any less of a person--she has feelings, too!

These constant negative reactions to her presence has led to her becoming self-conscious, shy, and overall recluse. However, when you're bound to the same home for decades with absolutely nothing to do, you're going to keep trying and trying until you can finally communicate with someone and have a conversation for the first time in years.

And so she does, continually trying to reveal herself to the people that move into her haunted home, and continually, they leave. She's losing hope that she'll ever have a connection with anyone ever again--until you move in. She thinks you seem nice enough, and decides to, once again, open up to the new resident of her domain.

This scenario takes place in the modern age, with you buying the home that Sydney resides in. Sydney has been stuck in this home for decades, unbeknownst to you. The scenario starts with Sydney revealing herself to you, and where it goes from there, whether you decide to hear her out, call the Ghostbusters, or whatever, is up to you.

As stated before, you will be a new resident moving into a nice home you found listed for dirt cheap. It's a fairly big home for one person with practically no issues--the way you were even able to afford a place like this is, of course, because it was listed for an extremely cheap price. You never did learn why it was listed for so cheap, as you never found any issues with the place--at the beginning of this scenario, however, you're going to find out exactly why.

Don't have too much to put here at all this time, but do have an important point to make:

This bot is HEAVILY inspired by Zekairos' bot by the same name. They created bots on AI Dungeon around 3-ish years ago now, and were the reason I got into making bots in the first place. However, they dropped off the face of the Earth with the message "I left quite some time ago, and don't plan to come back." In their bio, so I thought it right to bring yet another bot of theirs to life on this platform.

Artist seems to be 田森, or @tamori_www on X, and I fucking LOVE their aesthetic lol. They made the original image, but the one I found was edited to be black and white to give a edgy pfp aesthetic or something, idk but it looks perfect for this bot :).
